RACE DAY - Friday April 17, 2020

Tiny Tigers PTA presents the Color Run Fundraiser! 

The Color Run Kickoff will be on Friday February 28, 2020. All students will view a video and receive a packet with all the information needed to get set up online. The donation period will be from March 2 - 24, 2020. ALL students will be able to participate. 

Here's how it works!

Each student that raises at least $30.00 will get a packet of colored cornstarch and an official t-shirt. Students collect donations on forms provided or online.

On the day of the race, we will have three groups racing:

Group 1: PPCD, Pk3, Pk4

Group 2: Kinder, 1st, 2nd

Group 3: 3rd, 4th, 5th

At the beginning of each race, the students will gather in the back parking lot and have their official countdown. They will then toss the color cornstarch into the air and start the race. As they race around the course, they will have color cornstarch tossed at them by volunteers and teachers. There will also be water sprayed on them to help the colored cornstarch stick and create the tie-dye effect. 

*The color cornstarch will STAIN. Any light colored clothing, shoes, laces, even hair. It will wash out of hair in a few days but clothing will be permanent. Students are encouraged to wear caps or headgear to protect their hair.

Funds raised from this event will support the costs for Field Trips in the upcoming school year, the GAGA Pit, and future PTA sponsored events.
